In "Energosbyt Plus," it was explained that this refers to the payment for the last days of the heating season. As reported by the company, the calculations are based on the readings from the communal meters. The May bills, which are sent to clients in June, will reflect the charges for the period from the last reading — April 24 — to the actual date of heating disconnection.
Thus, in Slobodskoy, the heating season ended on May 5, in Kirov on May 6, and in Kirovo-Chepetsk on May 14. It is for these days that residents of buildings with communal meters will be charged for heating.
The company also reminded that for houses without communal metering devices, a different procedure applies. According to federal legislation, residents pay for heating according to the norm in equal installments over eight months — from September to April. Therefore, from May to August, no heating charges are made in such houses, regardless of the date the heating season ends.
