An accident occurred at the site of LLC "Instroy" in Kirov. A plumber, who was laying a sewage riser, fell from a ladder.
The initial medical assessment did not predict serious consequences — the severity of the injury was classified as mild. In this manner, the incident was investigated by a commission from the employer itself. However, subsequent examinations changed the picture: doctors diagnosed a bruise of the left shoulder joint, a bruise in the lumbar region on the left, as well as a closed fracture of the lower branch and body of the left pubic bone.
"After additional examination, the severity of the health damage was reclassified — the injury sustained by the worker was recognized as severe. The State Labor Inspectorate in the Kirov region has begun investigating this accident," said A. D. Loginov, Deputy Head of the Labor Inspectorate.
