На заседании правительства Кировской области рассматривался переход к одноуровневой системе местного управления. Основная цель этой реформы - улучшение качества услуг для граждан. В соответствии с новым федеральным законом до конца года в регионе планируется создать 20 новых муниципальных округов. Губернатор дал соответствующее поручение.
