      The growth in popularity of the educational service on the State Services portal has been recorded by the Ministry of Digital Development. The number of visits to the electronic library reached 31.2 million — exactly twice as many as the previous year. Currently, 2.9 million people are using the library. The audience distribution looks like this: teachers — 0.15 million, students — 2.75 million. How it works. Teachers in Russian schools only need to have a verified account on the State Services and access to the regional electronic diary. After that, they can select materials according to the curriculum, show them in class, or send them to children as homework. Students, in turn, access assignments through the "State Services My School" app. Features of the service highlighted by the press service include: content that complies with the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) and federal programs; materials that can be conveniently accessed via QR code; duration limited considering safe screen time. The use of the library remains voluntary. Schools and teachers decide when and how to use these materials. The service itself is free.
