In Kotel'nich, a young man beat a man.

      According to the investigation, the tragedy occurred on the night of May 25. The 23-year-old accused, while in a state of intoxication, had a quarrel with his 51-year-old acquaintance. During the conflict, he struck the man multiple times in the head with his hands. The victim was taken to a medical facility, but he could not be saved. The man died from his injuries. As reported by the Investigative Committee of the Kirov region, the suspect has been detained. The question of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is currently being resolved. A criminal case has been initiated under part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health resulting in the victim's death through negligence"). Investigators continue to establish all the circumstances of the incident and gather evidence.
