On May 25, the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, signed an order to lift the state of increased readiness in our region. The reason was the "elimination of the circumstances that served as the basis for its introduction."
Let us remind you that the state of increased readiness was introduced on April 7, 2026. This was related to the rising water levels in the rivers of the Kirov region. The order to introduce the regime mandated all responsible persons to ensure the implementation of measures aimed at preventing emergencies.
