The company blocked people's access to the river in the Kirovo-Chepetsky district.
According to the Kirov region's Federal Bailiff Service, there was an enforcement proceeding of a non-property nature in the bailiffs' department. The basis was a court decision on a lawsuit filed by the regional Ministry of Natural Resources. The court ordered the company engaged in the removal of solid municipal waste, recycling of secondary raw materials, and rental of special equipment to dismantle illegally installed fences and other structures along the coastline. After the enforcement order was received, the bailiff held a meeting with the organization's management. The company's representatives were informed about the procedure for executing the court decision and warned about possible consequences in case of refusal — administrative fines and criminal liability under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. As a result, the organization decided to voluntarily comply with the court's requirements. Without the use of coercive measures, the company completely dismantled the fences and ensured free access to the river for citizens.
