According to the city management department, mowing lawns is included in the list of mandatory work for the maintenance of apartment buildings. However, not all management companies have taken advantage of the favorable weather to tidy up the yards.
Currently, management companies have been tasked with mowing the grass in the adjacent territories. Specialists will pay special attention to areas located along the red lines of the street and road network.
The city administration reminded that legal entities face fines ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 rubles for untimely lawn mowing. Typically, after inspections, management companies rectify identified violations.
Residents of Kirov were also reminded that for issues related to yard maintenance, they should contact their management company. If there is no response to complaints, residents can report to the State Housing Inspection or the territorial administration.
