Deputy of JUST RUSSIA Vladimir Zhuravlev stated that the fault lies clearly with the developers, and when costs rise due to the contractor's dishonesty, a firm response is necessary.
"If the cost increases by more than 50%, a criminal case should be initiated," said Vladimir Zhuravlev.
He reminded that four years ago, deputies demanded to terminate the contract with the negligent developer. However, this was not done in a timely manner.
The deputy called on the head of the Kirov administration, Vyacheslav Simakov, to be held accountable: "One must respect oneself, strive for the initiation of criminal cases, and take action."
