The Prosecutor's Office of the Kilmiz District restored the labor rights of an employee of one of the municipal educational institutions who filed a complaint about illegal dismissal. During the inspection, it was revealed that the employer dismissed the woman, citing complaints regarding the use of material assets. However, as established by the supervisory agency, the procedure for terminating the employment contract was conducted with gross violations of legal requirements. In particular, the wording chosen by the management as the basis for dismissal did not correspond to the objective circumstances. Furthermore, at the time the decision was made, the employee had not been informed of the conclusion of the inventory commission. The prosecutor challenged the employer's actions and the order issued by him in court. The court agreed with the prosecutor's position: the dismissal was deemed illegal. The plaintiff was reinstated in her previous position. Compensation for lost income during the forced absence, as well as compensation for moral harm, was awarded in her favor. The total amount awarded by the court exceeded 30,000 rubles. The execution of the court decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
