According to a study by "SuperJob," 14% of respondents admitted that the behavior of their colleagues annoys them the most. Among the reasons are toxicity, gossip, rudeness, and constant conflicts within the team.
In second place was the attitude of management towards subordinates — this option was chosen by 11% of respondents. Another 10% of Kirov residents complained about the unprofessionalism of their leaders.
Also among the popular causes of stress, residents of the city mentioned the incompetence of colleagues and the instability of the company's work — each received 9% of the votes. Another 6% are stressed due to constant emergencies.
Additionally, Kirov residents are irritated by overloads, clients, chaos in work processes, vague tasks, low salaries, and employee idleness. Each of these options received 3%. At the same time, 13% of survey participants stated that they do not experience stress at work at all.
Notably, men are more often stressed by the unprofessionalism of management and colleagues, while women react more strongly to toxic behavior in the team, management attitudes, and disorganization of work processes.
