Tires and construction debris continue to be stored at the container sites in Kirov.

      The joint-stock company "Kuprit" reports that construction waste, car tires, and plant waste continue to be illegally stored at container sites in Kirov and its surroundings. The problem is particularly acute in the private sector and in suburban areas. The regional operator promptly removes waste, but the volumes of illegal storage are increasing. Overfilled sites worsen the sanitary situation and often become the cause of spontaneous dumps. The rules for landscaping Kirov prohibit placing waste outside specially designated areas. Requirements for the sanitary condition of the territories are also enshrined in the SanPiN norms. "Kuprit" has sent requests to the municipality suggesting the possibility of installing video surveillance at problematic sites. The most problematic addresses are:
