An enforcement document for the collection of tax debts from one of the construction companies in Kirov has been received by the specialized department of bailiffs in the Kirov region. The total amount of the debt exceeded 4 million rubles.
As reported by the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Kirov region, the organization did not voluntarily settle the debt. After that, the bailiffs began to search for the debtor's assets. It turned out that the company owns 59 real estate properties and more than 30 vehicles.
In April 2026, the bailiffs imposed a lien on a cultural heritage site — the "Merchant N.I. Klabukov's House," located at 62 Kazanskaya Street. The enforcement was also directed at lease agreements concluded by the organization.
After the measures were taken, the company fully settled its tax debt along with the enforcement fee. Approximately 4.2 million rubles were received in the budget. The enforcement proceedings have been completed.
