In 2025, Kirov spent 2.5 billion on new schools.

      At the meeting of the Duma commission, information was presented that in 2025, the authorities of Kirov spent 2.56 billion rubles on the construction of four schools. This includes: the final payment for the completed work on the construction of the school in Urvancevo (about 610 million rubles), the completion of the school in Shevely (more than 1 billion rubles), the completion of the school on Rudnitsky (423 million rubles), and the construction of the school on Torfyana (531 million rubles). More than 900 million rubles were spent on equipping the schools under construction. An additional 58 million rubles were allocated to reimburse costs associated with relocating heating networks from the construction site in Shevely. A total of 10.6 million rubles was spent to complete the equipping of the new building in the Pribrezhny microdistrict.
