Divorce - 5 thousand: it became known which state duties increased in 2026

      Starting from 2026, the state duty for divorce through the registry office or court will be 5,000 rubles from each spouse. Previously, the amount was significantly lower. An exception is provided for cases where one of the spouses is declared missing, incapacitated, or sentenced to more than three years — in this case, the fee will be 350 rubles.

      At the same time, the cost of marriage registration remains the same — 350 rubles. The same amount will have to be paid for establishing paternity. However, changing one's name has doubled in price — the service now costs 5,000 rubles.

      Changes have also affected motorists. Obtaining a driver's license will cost 4,000 rubles, while a new generation license will be 6,000 rubles. An international license costs 3,200 rubles.

      The fees for vehicle registration have also increased. For issuing car license plates, you now need to pay 3,000 rubles, a plastic vehicle registration certificate costs 4,500 rubles, and a paper one costs 1,500 rubles.

      The tariffs for real estate registration have also changed. For properties valued up to 20 million rubles, the state duty is 4,000 rubles. If the cadastral value is higher, the fee is calculated as 0.02% of the property's value.

      Hunters are also facing increased expenses. If the bill is passed, the permit for hunting animals will rise from 650 to 1,300 rubles. Fees for hunting certain animals will also significantly increase. For example, the fee for moose or noble deer may rise from 1,500 to 7,800 rubles.

      Additionally, the new tariffs have affected migration services. Extending a work permit or patent for foreigners now costs 4,200 rubles, and registration at the place of residence is 1,000 rubles.

      At the same time, a number of citizens will retain benefits for paying state duties. Veterans and disabled individuals of the Great Patriotic War, Heroes of Russia and the USSR, participants in combat actions, and their relatives are exempt from payment.
