A ranking of Kirov developers by the volume of housing sales has been compiled.
The service "Obyektiv.rf" published key indicators of the new real estate market in Kirov. The study covered the first quarter of 2026.
From January to March, 714 purchase and sale agreements for new apartments and shared participation agreements were concluded in Kirov. The total area of sold housing amounted to 33.4 thousand square meters.
The share of mortgage transactions was 80%. Every fifth contract was for ready housing. As for the average price of apartments, it gradually increased throughout the quarter — from 144.3 thousand rubles per square meter in January to 147.7 thousand rubles per square meter in March.
Experts also compiled a top-5 list of developers by sales volume in the first quarter of the year. This included "Kirovsky SSK" (8,833 square meters, market share — 25.5%), GC "Zhelezo" (8,524 square meters, 24.6%), SC "Kirovspetsmontazh" (8,349 square meters, 24.1%), UKS "Avitek" (2,663 square meters, 7.7%), and the company "Mayakovskaya" (1,437 square meters, 4.1%).
