With citizenship, they acquire not only rights but also obligations. During the inspection, it was found that citizens who previously violated migration legislation are now registered for military service at the military commissariats of Kirov. The agency added that this year alone, dozens of violators have been identified in the region. They have been registered, held administratively accountable, and their migration status has been brought into compliance with the law.
