In Kirov, teenagers who vandalized a foreign car were found.

      Police have identified the teenagers involved in damaging a car on Lugansk Passage in Kirov. The damage to the owner of the German sedan is estimated at about 200,000 rubles.

      Earlier, information about the damage to the foreign car was received at police station No. 1. During operational activities, criminal investigation officers, together with juvenile affairs inspectors, identified the alleged participants in the incident. They turned out to be three teenagers aged 14, 15, and 16.

      In connection with the incident, an investigator from the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kirov has initiated a criminal case under part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional damage to someone else's property committed out of hooligan motives"). Police officers are currently continuing to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
