In Kirov, foreigners were illegally repairing a school.
Recently, law enforcement officials discovered that three foreigners were illegally involved in the renovation of a school in Kirov. They did not have permits to work and stay in the country. Two of them had previously been included in the register of controlled persons, while the third was wanted.
As a result, the foreigners were held accountable under Articles 18.8 and 18.10 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. They were sentenced to a fine and deportation from Russia.
The police are conducting an investigation against the employer, who faces liability under Article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration).
The issue of extraditing the wanted foreigner is currently being resolved. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region.
