According to the prosecutor's office, the crime occurred on the night of May 24, 2025, near the café "For You" on Sutyrina Street. Shortly before the conflict, the defendant and the victim had been drinking alcohol together at the establishment, but then a quarrel broke out between the men.
According to the investigation, the accused beat his opponent with his hands and feet, delivering multiple blows to the head and body. As a result, the victim sustained serious injuries, including rib fractures, which were classified as serious harm to health.
The court sentenced the man to 1 year and 7 months of imprisonment. The convicted person attempted to appeal the verdict, but the appellate court upheld the decision.
The resident of the Perm region will serve his sentence in a general regime correctional colony. He was escorted to the place of serving his sentence under guard.
