The parents of the teenage motorcyclist will pay 602 thousand to the injured girl.
On the afternoon of July 28, 2025, in the village of Kolyanyur in the Soviet district, a 15-year-old teenager, who did not have a license to operate a motorcycle, hit a 9-year-old girl pedestrian on Builders Street.
The child sustained bodily injuries that were classified as serious harm to health. The victim experienced physical and moral suffering.
The teenager's actions fell under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles); however, he was exempted from criminal liability as he had not reached the legally established age at the time of the accident.
Since the girl was only 9 years old, she could not independently defend her interests in court. Therefore, the prosecutor of the Soviet district filed a lawsuit for compensation for moral damage, reimbursement of medical expenses, and transportation costs.
The court recognized the prosecutor's claims as legitimate and ordered the minor perpetrator and his legal representative to pay 602,000 rubles.
The execution of the decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
