According to the city administration, citing data from the Kirov Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, the water level in the Vyatka River has decreased to 331 cm from the zero mark. As a result, traffic is again possible on most of the previously flooded road sections. Roads in the Dyumkovo settlement have been cleared of water — on Lunacharsky and Perm streets, as well as the roadways on Pristanskaya and Lesozavodskaya streets. Today, specialists from the beautification department began removing road signs prohibiting traffic. At the same time, drivers are asked to be more cautious: there are still small water obstacles on some roads. Contractors will also clean the streets and sidewalks after the flood. Meanwhile, in the Shirokovskaya settlement, the roadway remains flooded. Because of this, traffic in this area is still prohibited.
