A resident of Kirov paid 650,000 rubles after the car was reported missing.

      In the department of bailiffs for the Oktyabrsky district of Kirov, there were 238 enforcement proceedings against a 33-year-old local resident. The majority of the debt consisted of unpaid fines for traffic violations. The total amount also included costs for judicial examinations and other property claims. The total exceeded 650,000 rubles. The bailiffs sent requests to banks and registering authorities, as well as imposed a ban on registration actions with the debtor's property. However, this did not help recover the debt. After that, the man's car was declared wanted. Soon, the Kirov resident fully paid off the debt along with the enforcement fee.
