Today, May 12, former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh published a post dedicated to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Awareness Day. This condition involves physical and mental exhaustion that persists for a long time and does not go away even after adequate rest. The syndrome worsens with physical or mental exertion and interferes with leading a normal life.
"I am sure that many of you have encountered some manifestation of this syndrome, the exact causes of which, unfortunately, are still not established," noted Belykh. "I have my own method of fighting it — a healthy lifestyle and a positive perception of reality and the future, no matter what! Therefore, I always wish everyone the same: health and optimism!"
