Об этом информировала прокуратура Кировской области.
Прокуратура Зуевского района провела проверку магазинов, расположенных на цокольных и первых этажах многоквартирных домов, где продажа алкогольной и спиртосодержащей продукции запрещена.
В результате проверки прокуратура остановила незаконную деятельность мини-маркета «Продукты 24», находящегося на улице Опалева. – Этот пункт retail-продаж алкоголя стал местом скопления лиц, злоупотребляющих спиртными напитками. Всё это ущемляло права и интересы законопослушных граждан. Меры профилактического воздействия, предпринятые правоохранительными органами, не оказали должного влияния на владельца и сотрудников данного торгового объекта, – прокомментировали в прокуратуре.
Обнаружив нарушения, прокуратура подала иск в суд. Суд удовлетворил иск и принял решение о закрытии магазина.
