According to Kirovstat (section "Wages and Number of Employees", January - February 2026), the average monthly nominal accrued salary amounted to 68,985 rubles. This is 112.2% compared to the level of January-February 2025.
The average number of employees in organizations was 347.8 thousand people (100.8% compared to the same period last year).
The highest salaries are in the financial and insurance sector: 97,043 rubles. In manufacturing, it is 82,552 rubles, in transport and storage - 79,825 rubles. In mining, it is 71,615 rubles, in energy - 70,246 rubles.
In agriculture, the average salary was 65,808 rubles, in construction - 65,294 rubles, in healthcare and social services - 63,166 rubles, in water supply and wastewater disposal - 62,188 rubles.
The lowest salaries are in wholesale and retail trade (59,838 rubles) and in education (53,287 rubles).
