The water level in the Vyatka has decreased to 4.37 meters.

      At most hydroposts on the Vyatka River, a decrease in water level has been recorded. In Kotel'nich, the water level dropped by 6 cm, in Arkul', Slobodskoy, and Sovetsk — by 2 cm. In Nagorsk and Vyatskiye Polyany, the level remained unchanged, while in Kirs, it increased by 3 cm. As of 9:00 AM, the water level in the Vyatka River near Kirov was 437 cm (a decrease of 4 cm). However, 107 residential areas remain flooded in the Vyatskopolyansky, Kotel'nichsky, Malmyzhsky, Nolin, Sovetsky districts, and Kirov, as well as 13 sections of local roads (in the Afanasyevsky, Vyatskopolyansky, Kotel'nichsky, Sovetsky districts, and Kirov). Operational groups are on duty in the flooded areas. It should be noted that over the past day, fire and rescue units of the Kirov region responded six times to extinguish fires.
