As established by the agency, the entrepreneur makes and sells shawarma and shashlik, but the point itself is not registered in the "VetIS" system. This means that it is impossible to trace the origin of the meat raw materials and check their veterinary safety.
Due to the lack of registration, there is also no accounting of products in the "Mercury" system, which is used for quality control and traceability of animal products. The Rosselkhoznadzor noted that such violations contradict the requirements of legislation on veterinary medicine and food safety.
Following the inspection, the entrepreneur was issued a warning. He was required to rectify the violations and bring his activities in line with current regulations.
