The tragedy occurred in July 2025. The driver-dispatcher of LLC "Avtotehnika" died as a result of a traffic accident: his truck collided with a backhoe loader moving ahead.
It turned out that the employer did not report the incident within the established timeframe. In violation of labor legislation requirements, information about the fatal accident was not sent to the State Labor Inspectorate within a day. The incident became known only on September 1 — after data was received from the police.
In this regard, the inspectorate initiated its own investigation. As a result, the employer was issued an order to prepare and approve an accident report in the form N-1E.
