According to the branch of RTRS "Kirov ORTPC," the illumination will be turned on on May 1. It will operate from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM Moscow time. The TV tower will be illuminated in bright white light. The lighting is provided by 36 powerful projectors installed at nine levels throughout the height of the structure. It is worth noting that the height of the TV tower is 197 meters — this is the tallest engineering structure in Kirov. The facility plays a key role in the regional broadcasting system and provides a television and radio signal to more than half of the region's residents. Additionally, TV towers and masts in many cities across Russia, including Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Samara, Ufa, and others, will participate in the event.
