The rescued cat Scarlett from the dumpster is looking for a foster home.

      The animal could not escape on its own and was crying loudly. The cat now needs treatment and temporary or permanent foster care. As reported by the group "Helping Hand for Homeless Animals," the cat was once a pet — she was sterilized. Now she is severely emaciated, her fur is matted into tangles, so she had to be shaved. There are problems with her ears (diagnosis — otodectosis). Her appetite was initially reduced, but now, according to the volunteers, the kitty is "eating everything." The most serious problems are in the oral cavity: some teeth are missing, some are covered with tartar, and there is also a fistula that requires treatment. The cat has been named Scarlett. Initial tests showed that her blood is relatively normal, and the results for dangerous viruses (FIV and FeLV) are negative. Scarlett is currently being prepared for dental surgery, after which she will need long-term foster care. Volunteers are asking all caring residents of Kirov to respond.
