A cyclone "Ilvi" is approaching the Kirov region: strong winds and wet snow are expected.

      In the Kirov region, worsening weather conditions are expected in the next 24 hours due to the cyclone "Ilvi." According to forecasts from the Telegram channel "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov," the region will be under the influence of its cold front.

      Initially, residents can expect heavy rains and an increase in wind. Gusts may reach 21–24 m/s, which is already considered dangerous levels. Such weather can complicate the situation on the roads and lead to damage to power lines.

      After the front passes, the temperature will drop sharply — to 0°C…+1°C. Precipitation will also change character: rain will turn into wet snow and snow with rain. Icy conditions and reduced visibility are possible.

      The cyclone itself, according to meteorologists' estimates, is characterized by high intensity. In other regions, it is already bringing heavy snowfall and sharp temperature fluctuations. In the Kirov region, the main impact will be from the wind and mixed precipitation.
