The Murashinsky District Court granted the claim to deprive the mother of parental rights. All four minor children have been placed in the care of their father, reports the press service of the Kirov region's judicial system.
The court established that the woman had persistently evaded paying child support for a long time. As a result, a significant debt was incurred. For failing to pay for the children's maintenance, the defendant was held administratively liable.
Additionally, within the framework of enforcement proceedings, a search case was initiated since the mother concealed her whereabouts.
The court also found that the woman had not lived with the children for a long time, had not maintained contact with them, and had not cared for their physical, mental, and moral development.
The court's decision has entered into legal force.
