The court established that the woman had persistently evaded paying child support for a long time. As a result, a significant debt was incurred. For failing to pay for the children's maintenance, the defendant was held administratively liable.
Additionally, within the framework of enforcement proceedings, a search case was initiated since the mother concealed her whereabouts.
The court also found that the woman had not lived with the children for a long time, had not maintained contact with them, and had not cared for their physical, mental, and moral development.
The court's decision has entered into legal force.
