The prosecutor's office obtained an early retirement for the teacher through the court.

      The Prosecutor's Office of the Yuryansky District conducted an inspection following a complaint from a local resident who reported a violation of her pension rights. It was established that the territorial bodies of the regional branch of the Social Fund unlawfully denied the woman inclusion in the special work experience period of her employment as a chemistry and biology teacher from 2002 to 2023. The denial was justified by the absence of information about the personal account and salary payments. The Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit in court. During the proceedings, it was confirmed that the woman indeed conducted open lessons and extracurricular activities for which she received, among other things, incentive payments. The court granted the Prosecutor's Office's demands.
