In the Kirov region, a woman was refunded more than 300,000 rubles.

      In the Kirov region, thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, a local resident who fell victim to fraudsters was able to recover her money.

      As it turned out during the investigation, a 52-year-old woman from Slobodskoye became a victim of scammers who deceitfully stole funds from her bank account. A criminal case was initiated regarding the fraud.

      The investigation established that the money was transferred to the accounts of so-called "droppers" — front persons living in various regions of Russia, including Moscow, Tambov, and Voronezh regions.

      Since the victim is a disabled person of the second group and could not independently defend her rights, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to recover the illegally obtained funds.

      The court supported the claims of the supervisory authority. As a result, the defendants have already compensated the woman for damages amounting to over 300,000 rubles.
