Today, April 20, the Ministry of Construction reported that the Minister of Construction personally called the resident. They agreed that employees from the ministry, the State Housing Inspection, and the State Construction Supervision would come to the site. After inspecting the building, the specialists identified instances of improper maintenance of common property and the developer's failure to fulfill warranty obligations. They also determined the procedure for rectifying the violations.
