A Kirov resident found a "stash" and received 4 years in a penal colony.
The Lenin District Court of Kirov examined a criminal case against a 39-year-old resident of Kirov, accused of illegal acquisition and storage of drugs.
As established in court, the man arranged to purchase the prohibited substance via the internet. After that, he retrieved the drug from a "stash." He kept part of the substance on him until he was detained by police officers.
During the search, more than 44 grams of synthetic drug were seized from him, which qualifies as a large amount.
The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 4 years of imprisonment. He will serve his sentence in a high-security correctional facility.
