Recently, the portal "World of Apartments" conducted a study regarding the average rental prices for rooms in various cities across Russia. In the first quarter of 2026, the indicator increased in 29 cities, decreased in 37, and remained unchanged in four.
Murmansk ranked first, where the rental price for rooms increased by 18.4%. Kirov took second place with an increase of 15.7%. In our city, the average rental price for rooms reached 13,800 rubles per month.
Also among the leaders are Penza (+13.1%), Vologda (+12.2%), and Kursk (+9.2%). The largest decrease was observed in Stavropol (-12.1%), Kemerovo (-11.6%), and Tolyatti (-9.4%). In Moscow, room prices decreased by 3.9% (to 22,000 rubles), and in St. Petersburg, by 4.7% (to 14,000 rubles).
