More than half of the residents of Kirov admitted that they do not get distracted from work tasks.

The SuperJob research service surveyed economically active and employed residents of Kirov to determine their actual engagement during the workday. The results showed that discipline in the city's workforce is quite high, although the age of the employee makes significant adjustments.

It turned out that 57% of respondents fully dedicate themselves to their professional duties, not allowing themselves to be distracted by outside activities. These residents are convinced that the workday is meant for completing tasks, and that rest and personal matters are better left for the evening.

Another 20% of those surveyed adhere to a flexible strategy. They spend most of their time (more than 4-5 hours) addressing work-related issues, but acknowledge that they sometimes switch to parallel processes or brief distractions. However, key tasks are usually completed on time.

Interestingly, 11% of Kirov residents were more candid: they stated that they actually work less than half of the allotted time. The remaining hours are spent on personal matters, communication with colleagues, or downtime.

Analysts noted a clear pattern: with age, focus only increases. Among employees under 35, only 52% work without breaks for "idleness," while 13% of the youth admitted to minimal workload. In the 35-45 age group, the disciplined percentage rises to 56%. The most responsible are Kirov residents over 45 years old — 63% of them stated that they "turn off" personal problems at work and fully focus on their duties.

When it comes to professional fields, the absolute leaders in immersion in work are doctors, accountants, and warehouse workers (79% each). Slightly fewer (76%) are drivers, while the least industrious in the top five are economists (73%).
