Perminov" (mid-18th century). The room is located on the first floor of an apartment building, which has been recognized as emergency and is subject to reconstruction.
The starting sale price is 1,580,917 rubles, the auction step is 79,000 rubles, and the deposit is 158,000 rubles. The bidding will take place in the form of an open auction in electronic form. The buyer will receive the property with encumbrance - a security obligation has been issued for the building, which requires strict compliance with norms during any work.
Previously, the administration had already put several premises in this building up for sale, including room 1003. In March 2025, the mayor's office put up seven lots with a total amount of 3.9 million rubles, the most expensive of which was room 1003. In August of the same year, it required the new owner to carry out reconstruction within six months. Later, the authorities also attempted to sell a nearby warehouse with a plot - but it is located within the boundaries of several cultural heritage sites.
According to information published on the Kirov city administration's website, the new owner of all seven premises became LLC PKF "Plutos." By the way, for this architectural monument (the status "Perminov House" was granted in 1935), the winner paid almost three times more than the initially requested price: 9,171,436 rubles.
