"Remprofit" and several other management companies in Kirov may lose their license.

      The day before, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov region published a list of management companies that regularly violate regulations and do not take measures to rectify them. The list includes LLC "Management Company 'Plan'", LLC "New City", LLC "GOP", and LLC "Remprofit". All these organizations were appointed as managers following a competitive selection process or as temporary managers, rather than by the decision of the homeowners.

      In 2025-2026, 185 apartment buildings were removed from the management of these companies. Three managers were held administratively accountable through disqualification.

      Special attention in the inspection is given to LLC "Management Company 'Plan'". Under the control of the State Housing Inspectorate in Kirov, Yuryansk, Slobodsk, Luzsk, Svechinsky, and Verkhnekamsk districts, general meetings of homeowners were organized to discuss the issue of changing this management organization. As a result, 72 apartment buildings were removed from "Plan's" management (55 in 2025, and another 17 in 2026).

      We have repeatedly reported on the problems in the houses managed by "Remprofit". Residents of several buildings in Kirov have particularly suffered from the inaction of this company. In Novovyatsk, at 28 Kirova Street, the management company did not clear the snow from the roof. Meltwater flooded apartments from the fifth to the third floors, and residents feared a short circuit. In the building at 2 Maiskaya Street, five apartments were affected for the same reason — water flowed from light fixtures and outlets, and at night, people had to stand guard, draining water from stretch ceilings and buckets. In the building at 59 Kalinina Street, residents were afraid to leave the entrance due to a one-and-a-half-meter icicle hanging down and large ice formations on the roof, and leaks were also observed in the apartments.

      The situation is no better in other buildings managed by this company. Building No. 4G on Khlunovskaya has been flooded with sewage since August 2025, and the foundation remained submerged for several months. In building No. 79 on Kazanskaya Street, recognized as a cultural heritage site, the sewage system became clogged, and waste flowed directly from the toilet of the shared restroom. In general, the list of issues could go on for a long time.

      However, revoking the license alone will not solve the problem. Hundreds of houses are under the management of "Remprofit" and other organizations, and removing companies from the registry will not automatically repair leaking roofs, flooded basements, and emergency structures. The fate of the houses on Kirova, Maiskaya, Kalinina, and Khlunovskaya streets remains uncertain: residents still do not know who will take care of their maintenance and when the consequences of the previous management company's inaction will be addressed.
