A naked man was running around Morozovskaya.

      Information has emerged on social media that a naked man was running on Morozovskaya Street (formerly Rosa Luxemburg) in Kirov, ran into an entrance, rode the elevator, and knocked on apartment doors. According to eyewitnesses, he frightened a schoolgirl who was leaving the entrance and claimed that he had "been given banned substances."

      Residents called an ambulance and the police. The specialists who arrived at the scene handed the man over to medical personnel. Social media also suggested that he might face administrative responsibility.

      Newsler.ru reached out for a comment from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region. Colonel of the internal service Sergey Barantsev, head of the information and public relations department, explained that representatives of a medical institution were working at the scene and took the man away.

      No official comment on the man's condition or possible administrative violation has been received at this time.
