Information has appeared on social networks that a naked man was running on Morozovskaya Street (formerly Rosa Luxemburg) in Kirov, ran into an entrance, rode the elevator, and knocked on apartment doors. According to eyewitnesses, he frightened a schoolgirl who was leaving the entrance and said that he had been "set up with banned substances."
Residents called an ambulance and the police. The specialists who arrived at the scene handed the man over to the medics. Social networks also suggested that he might face administrative responsibility.
Newsler.ru contacted the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov region for a comment. Colonel of the internal service Sergey Barantsev, head of the information and public relations department, explained that representatives of a medical institution were working at the scene and took the man away.
No official comment on the man's condition or possible administrative violation has been received at this time.
