The Ministry of Finance of the Kirov Region is looking for organizations that will provide a service in the form of a revolving credit line to finance the deficit of the regional budget and repay the region's debts. The initial price for the two contracts is 299.8 million rubles, with funds allocated from the regional budget. Applications are accepted until April 13, 2026.
The debt limit for the revolving credit line in both cases will be 1 billion rubles, as reported on the government procurement website. The funds will be provided within 609 calendar days from the date of contract signing.
The interest rate will be calculated using a special formula. The final value will depend on the size of the key rate of the Bank of Russia and the margin, which is the difference between the interest rate determined by the auction results and the key rate.
Let us remind you that as of March 1, the state debt of the Kirov Region amounted to 28.8 billion rubles. The budget for 2026 was adopted with a deficit of 2.69 billion rubles.
