Green water may flow from the taps in Kirov.
Starting from April 6, the energy workers of "T Plus" began testing the heating networks of Kirov for tightness. The first to be included in the "experiment" were the boiler houses in the village of Makarye (Proyezdnaya St., 28K), in Komintern (Klubnaya St., 11K and P. Korchagin St., 225K), in the village of Malaya Subbotikha (Tsentralnaya St., 18), as well as on the streets of Krasny Khimik, 1AK, Kooperativnaya, 2K, in the Novovyatsky district (Soshenskiy sloboda, Molodezhnaya St., 2; Sovetskaya St., 9K; Ordzhonikidze St., 1K), in the Lyangasovo microdistrict (Komsomolskaya St., 22) and in the village of Russkoye (Yubileynaya St., 15).
Starting from April 13, the dye will begin to be added to the system from Kirov CHPP-5, and from April 20 — from Kirov CHPP-4.
The dye itself, as assured by the company, is safe, meets sanitary standards, and is recommended for such checks at the federal level. The green water allows for quick detection of pipeline damage, faulty boilers in homes, and even illegal connections.
Chemists will take samples at central heating points and boiler houses. If they find malfunctions, the heating networks will carry out repairs, and the management companies will be instructed to eliminate defects in water heaters in residential buildings.
