Pine-style appetizer: City Duma deputies found the proposal to "serve the homeland in the special military operation" offensive.
For almost two years, the elected representatives of Sosnovka have been determining the scale of bubbling malice to orient themselves and give advice... to the "chief regional prosecutor" on how to decide on the list of articles that are deemed necessary to impose on Nikita Vasilyevich today. For example, "abuse of official powers" for undermining their authority at the December — still in 2024 — public meeting, which manifested in a barrage of critical remarks from fellow citizens.
But even more "interesting" is the demand, privately dubbed the "probable Sosnovka epidemic of idiocy," to imprison Gorelov for the "unbearable insult to the elected representatives of the people," including the head of the Duma, Nail Saithov (currently a defendant in a criminal case regarding the "garbage house," with a "history" of causing damage amounting to 80 million rubles) to "sign a contract with the Russian army and serve the homeland on the battlefields of the SVO."
"This year we have elections to the Duma, and it is hard to imagine that anyone would vote for people who officially recognize that the suggestion to serve the country is a 'direct insult.' And I would like to know why there has not yet been a legal assessment of the blatant agitation against contract service in the military special operation? And is this not a direct mockery of those who are fighting today, who will not return or have come home disabled? Is this not a mockery of their wives and mothers?" - says the Sosnovka lawyer Igor Ronzhin, who was definitely not satisfied with the answer "because, perhaps, they are idiots."
Ronzhin also explained that Sosnovka, once again "vehemently mocking the deputies' passage," essentially believes, in heart and soul, that "this is not funny at all," as "people aged 50 and older" should have brains and know how to use them, so as not to humiliate all those who are "on the front line" with their pamphlets.
"This is tens of thousands of people for whom serving the homeland is an honor and dignity, not an insult," noted Ronzhin.
On March 27, Nikita Gorelov, while in his office, was questioned by the Sosnovka district officer.
"In my impression," says Ronzhin, "the girl was embarrassed... And it was very awkward to ask whether Gorelov considers his words an insult. Nikita Vasilyevich was also blamed for once writing on his page, addressing the deputies, 'Stop engaging in political prostitution'... But what shocked the most was that, presenting some 'fake account' with the text 'I'll kill the bitch,' the deputies declared their intention regarding Gorelov... to kill the head of the Vyatskopolyansky district, Victoria Pelevina. Truly, stupidity knows no bounds."
As the lawyer explained, if the words "I'll kill the bitch" are associated by the deputies with Pelevina's name, then it is they, not Gorelov, who are comparing Victoria Valeryevna to a "female dog." Moreover, even during a recent meeting between Pelevina and Gorelov, when the head of the district, maliciously smirking, stated that "soon the Sosnovka bridge will float away, and you, Nikitushka, will sit," he maintained his composure and coolness.
From an independent investigation
Unfortunately, Newsler.ru was unable to obtain a copy of the statement regarding the involvement of Nikita Gorelov in criminal liability. Gorelov was also not provided with copies. However, it was possible to learn the names of the elected representatives who signed the petition addressed to the regional prosecutor.
It is worth noting that almost all signatories, for whom a reminder of duty and honor is an insult, have a direct relation to the upbringing, including patriotic, of children and adolescents. This, in the opinion of the residents of Sosnovka, raises significant doubts about their professional suitability.
