      In mid-February, authorities announced plans to build a complex for rhythmic gymnastics and wrestling in Kirov. 1.6 billion rubles were allocated for this. The complex was decided to be located in the area designated for the construction of a world-class campus.

      In early March, it became known that a complaint had been submitted regarding the competition. In mid-March, the Federal Antimonopoly Service canceled the competition, forcing the customer to change the terms of its conduct. Soon this was done, the competition was resumed, and the application deadline was extended to March 31.

      Recently, the results were summarized. As reported on the government procurement website, two applications were received — the first company offered to complete the work for an amount equal to the initial price (1.62 billion rubles), while the second offered 1.56 billion rubles. The first one won. Its name is not specified, but our sources report that it may be the company "Grazhdanremstroy." It is worth noting that it also took on the construction of a school in "Nolinsk" and several other large projects.
