Konstantin Malofeev dedicated his speech to the phenomenon of the Empire as a historical and cultural phenomenon. Following the pages of his books, the speaker took an excursion into history spanning 4000 years. A grand historical panorama unfolded before the audience – Assyria and Babylon, Greece and Persia, Rome and Carthage, and up to our time. The lecturer conducted a deep analysis of the key stages of development of the largest states in the world in the context of the confrontation between two principles – imperial and Canaanite. The basis of Konstantin Malofeev's concept is the principle of historical and spiritual "Transmission of the Empire." Thus, our country since the 16th century has been the Third Rome, inheriting from the Roman Empire and the Empire of Constantinople. Hence, the principle of the uniqueness of the Empire as the State of states, based on the priority of the spiritual over the material. "Unfortunately, world history is filled with the struggle between the Empire and its antagonists," emphasized the speaker.

Konstantin Valeryevich shared his thoughts on the role of imperial traditions in shaping national identity and their influence on modern politics: "The Empire is the main state in history, and only we, among the living peoples, possess this national gene of unification. If we were still an Empire, our idols would be heroes and saints, because the main word in the Empire is 'service,' and heroes and saints become the highest embodiment of a community directed towards serving the Sovereign." Participants in the meeting had the opportunity to view the phenomenon of the Empire not only as a political institution but also as a multifaceted cultural and civilizational project. Konstantin Valeryevich revealed historical processes from a new, meaningful angle, demonstrating their inseparable connection with modernity. "To bear the imperial title, we must serve the state, always be aware of this high mission, and understand that patriotism is our essence. The highest form of national creativity is the creation of a state. We have built the greatest state in history, and we must cherish it. As long as there is Russia, there will be peace," summarized Konstantin Malofeev.
At the end of the lecture, a lively dialogue took place. Konstantin Valeryevich answered questions from the audience regarding religion, the imperial structure of the state, as well as the future of our Motherland and the whole world. Authors of the most profound and insightful questions were awarded copies of the book "Empire."
