Today, at a government meeting, the creation of a branch of the national center "Russia" in Kirov was discussed. Its opening was supported by federal authorities.
Currently, the design phase is underway. This work is planned to be completed by 2026. The construction of a building with an area of 12,000 square meters will take place in 2027-2028. It will be located on the site of the former helicopter school, not far from the planned campus.
At present, the design of the building is being developed. In particular, to enhance the recognition of the branch, the Kirov "haze" and other attributes of our region will be used. The "haze" ornament will also appear in the word "Russia," specifically in the letter "o."
The building will feature exhibition halls, a multimedia park, a lobby, a department store, dining facilities, and spaces for staff and volunteers. For young people, there will be an opportunity for virtual visits to exhibitions.
In addition to showcasing various aspects of the country's history, the center will host career guidance, cultural, social, and economic events.
