      What has stopped the violation of the moral and aesthetic rights and norms of birds and beasts, which have long lost their connection with life in the wild? Indeed, the supervisory authority did not dare to assess the level of care for domesticated pets, which in human families are allocated for all needs: waking, walking, feeding, sleeping, as well as for the toilet, the only one in the house and, as a rule, a small cage.

      It is worth noting that the activity of the "controlling authority" caught the attention of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region, Albert Bikaluk, who, without diminishing the efforts of the Rosselkhoznadzor, compared the "mechanisms of wildlife inspections" and the immediate response to the results with the activities of the prosecutor's office in overseeing the rights of Kirov children.

      By the way, judging by the deputy's speech, the zeal for solving the problems of raccoons and monkeys seems to be, perhaps, an order of magnitude (or several orders of magnitude) higher than the prosecutor's office's desire to protect young athletes even from fatal "inconveniences." The existence of which is fundamentally impossible, especially within the framework of federal law.

      On the "blatant cynicism" of the controlling structures, when comparing care for parrots and rabbits with the regulation of "children's situations," Albert Alexandrovich stated on March 25 at a meeting of the Social Committee of the Legislative Assembly, hearing in response not even a prolonged silence from the prosecutor's representative and the children's ombudsman, but a swift reaction from the head of the Committee, Sogomon Arakelyan, who reminded "the adult uncles and aunts" of the urgent need to submit a "declaration of income."

      "We are ready to pay 270 million rubles for the building of the Moscow Representation, where the main 'indicator of convenience' is the presence of five toilets for members of the regional government (and two parking spaces). And aesthetics, beauty, comfort, and hygiene when 'relieving natural needs' are provided only for the ruling echelon, which seems to find it inconvenient to relieve themselves, not to mention a more 'serious task' on the streets of Moscow. Meanwhile, for our children, who train several times a week at the 'Labor Reserves' stadium, there are no stationary toilets, but there are bushes, snowdrifts, and the ruins of previous buildings," Bikaluk said.

      The deputy also reminded that at the stadium, where participants of the SVO are invited for training, there has been "no water" for several years.

      "As a previously well-known deputy would say: the situation is neither to steal nor to guard. In the sense of, neither to urinate nor to wash hands. And no one even dreams of washing off the sweat after training... And football is not chess, so that after running for the ball for several hours, one smells of soap and shines in white underwear," Bikaluk noted.

      By the way, the last prosecutor's inspection with the participation of Rospotrebnadzor and the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology took place at 'Labor Reserves' at the end of this January. According to the results of the inspection, it was noted that there are "violations of sanitary requirements" in the form of illegal storage of household waste, as well as remarks about the condition of the premises used by coaches and young athletes.

      However, none of the agencies reported that there is no water and stationary toilets on the territory of the sports complex. So, probably, in the list of "household waste," one can only read between the lines about "yellow snow" and "harder waste"... For which, by the way, "the responsible official was held accountable."

      Albert Alexandrovich also mentioned that his struggle, lasting for almost two years, to bring "the under-tribune space of the 'Rodina' stadium," where the training base of the young hockey players is located, into "proper condition" is unlikely to have a "worthy conclusion." Let us recall that back in 2024, the parents of the hockey players approached the deputy. "While the governor promises to spend billions (20 billion) on the construction of a 'space campus' with a full set of educational and sports buildings for children and adolescents, it would be good to allocate at least a few million for the repair of the current training base. Where, without makeup and decorations, one could shoot horror films without going to Pripyat. Because the under-tribune space of the arena, where outstanding champions Lyubov Gurina and Grigory Degtyarev trained back in the last century, has not been repaired since 1973... Although the arena is regional property," the parents of the hockey players noted.

      After conducting his own investigation, Bikaluk informed the Legislative Assembly that "it looks like a scene from the film 'Stalker' (16+): the walls of the changing rooms and the coach's office are thick with black mold, there is a rusty horror that is called a shower, and on the almost non-existent door of the toilet, which is before a terrible hole in the floor, the only thing missing is the inscription: 'Endure or do it in your pants — it will freeze on the ice anyway.'"

      However, Bikaluk's report, which gained notoriety as "the story of a world-class toilet," did not lead to the start of repairs. Although it was impossible to do absolutely nothing.

      "The young hockey players," the deputy reported on March 25, "were simply transferred to a neighboring building, and on the third floor. So it turned into something like a story about a bathhouse and a changing room across the road. And the children have to go down and up the stairs directly on their skates. Can anyone assure me that this is less dangerous than falling into a toilet hole?"
